Crysta Caulkins-Clouse has performed, taught and choreographed nationally and internationally in Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Zealand working with artists such as Matt Cumbie, Jordan Fuchs, D. Chase Angier, Rebecca Bryant, Sarah Gamblin, and Mark Dendy. Upon completing her M.F.A. in dance at Texas Woman's University, she taught performance and technique classes at colleges all around the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Crysta has also taught dance in high schools in New Zealand, Las Vegas, and Dallas, and led Professional Development for public school dance programs. Her certifications include Youth Protection Advocates in Dance, Progressing Ballet Technique, Movement Fundamentals, FIT4MOM Stroller Strides/Barre/360, and she holds a Texas Secondary Teaching Certificate in Dance. Currently, Crysta specializes in health and fitness for moms as an instructor for FIT4MOM classes while teaching, performing, and choreographing across Texas as Co-Director of Big Rig Dance Collective.She is so excited to be a part of the instructor team at Lonestar Collective Dance and can’t wait to book your next birthday party, room rental, master class, or special workshop as manager of LCD’s new event space, Lonestar 402.
